3. Make lemon sized balls from the dough, flatten the balls lightly and make a depression in the center using your thumb. Badusha will puff out ( double the size ) while deep frying, so if the badusha’s center depression is too small it will vanish at the time of deep frying.
4. Heat frying oil in a heavy bottomed pan, it should be hot but not smoking hot, keep the flame low and fry prepared badusha. Fry both sides till it turns light brown. Throughout the process stove should be in low flame.
5. Put these fried badusha in to the sugar syrup and let it sit for 30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle some chopped nuts over it. Badusha sweet is ready to serve.
