Chicken roll rounds in Tamil – nuggets

IngredientsBoneless chicken – 100 g Maida / all purpose flour – 150 g Chili pdr – 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp Garam masal powder – 1/2 tsp Curd – 1/2 tsp Maida / All purpose flour – 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder – pinch Oil to deep fry & salt
Method1.Pressure cook the chicken pieces as it get fried easily with maida rolls 2. Grind chicken pieces ( cooked ), chili pdr,ginger garlic paste, garam masal pdr, curd, maida ( 1 tsp ), turmeric pdr with salt into fine paste . Try to grind without adding water, if required add little. ( we have to spread this mixture over maida roti ) 3. Add water with all purpose flour and knead it like chapti dough. ( add little salt with dough ). Set this aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour 4.Now make lemon sized balls from the dough and roll it like thin chapatti. 5. Spread 2 to 3 tbsp. of minced chicken all over the rolled roti. 6. Now roll it up tightly to the end. 7. Now cut the both ends to make them even. 8. Cut the remaining roll at equal intervals. Give a mild pressure at the top of each piece, so that they become firm. 9. Heat oil in a kadai , when it is hot enough drop the pieces of chicken rolls and fry them till it turns brown. Serve this nuggets with tomato ketchup. Note – Since we have added a tsp of maida with minced chicken, chicken pieces won’t get spread while deep frying.
