Egg potato gravy in Tamil – Aloo gravy chapati side dish

Boiled potato – 2 ( cut into medium pieces )
Boiled egg – 4
Chopped onion – 1
To Marinate 
Chili pdr – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala pdr – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp 
Coriander pdr – 1/2 tsp
Corn flour – 3/4 tsp
To Grind
Coconut – 1/2 cup
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Coriander pdr – 3/4 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Chili pdr – 1/2 tsp
Garam masal pdr – 1/2 tsp
1. Boil potatoes and cut them into medium pieces
2. Cut boiled eggs into two halves.
3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients to marinate under ‘ To Marinate’ . Now spread this paste on the flat cut surface of the egg . Let it sit for 20 minutes.
4. Grind the ingredients to fine paste under ‘ To Grind ‘
5. In a tawa roast the marinated eggs with less oil ( marinated surface should touch the tawa )
6. In another pan add 3 to 4 tbsp of oil – saute onions till it becomes tender and then add cooked potato pieces, ground masala paste ,salt for masala gravy. Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes till the raw smell goes off. 
7. Finally add roasted eggs with boiling gravy and again allow it to boil for 3 minutes. 
8. Egg Potato Gravy is ready to serve with chapati & roti.
