Gulabjamun making tips
1. Make sure that your instant mix is not having any lumps, If so sieve it. knead the dough without giving pressure as it hardens the gulabjamuns
2.Make desired size of balls from the dough , make sure they are smooth and do not have any creases, otherwise there is a chance your jamuns would burst out while deep frying.
3. Boil sugar syrup till reach little bit smooth syrup, ie, when you pour this syrup with a ladle , it should be poured like a smooth thread. ( before syrup reaches thread consistency )
4.Frying oil should be on low flame throughout this process. If the oil is too hot, your gulabjamuns will cook faster on outer layer but will remain undercook in the inner side. Fry them till you get dark brown colour.
5. Before you add the hot dumplings into the sugar syrup, bring the syrup to another quick boil.
6. Let it soak in sugar syrup for 30 to 45 minutes.
