Kothukari kulambu in Tamil / How to make minced meat kulambu

This kothukari kulambu is prepared from minced lamb meat, which is the best side dish for idli, dosa and rice. Try this mutton kheema / kaima curry.  Seivathu eppadi endra Tamil video ingu inaikkapattullathu

 Ingredients

Minced meat – 200g

Chopped onion – 1

Garlic cloves – 7,8

Coconut milk – 1 cup

To Grind

Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp

Cumin seed – 1 tsp

Fennel seeds – 1 tsp

Dry chilli – 5

Pepper – 1/4 tsp

Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom

Onion – 1

Ginger – small piece

Garlic cloves- 5


Method

1.Dry fry the ingredients to grind ( coriander seeds, chili, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom), saute onion, garlic, ginger. Now grind all the ingredients to fine paste.

2.In a kadai heat3 tsp of oil, saute onion, garlic and curry leaves. Then add minced meat and stir for 3 minutes. By this time water has been expelled from meat. Now it is the time to add tomatoes, ground masala, salt and coconut milk. Shift this mixture to a cooker and allow it cook for 3 sounds. ( pot cooking needs minimum of 25 minutes )

3. Once the temperature of the cooker subsides, open it and garnish it with coriander leaves. Kothukari kulambu is ready to serve.
