Vegetable Masala Oats, which can be made as a healthy breakfast. You can enrich veg masala oats with vegetables and some spices. Ingredients

Oats – 4 tbsp

Carrot – 1 no.

Beans – 5 no.

Capsicum – 1/2

Cabbage leaf – 1

Chilli pdr – 1/2 tsp

Garam masala pdr – 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp

Ghee – 1 tsp


Method

1. In a pan heat a tsp of ghee, saute carrot, capsicum, cabbage, beans for 2 minutes. Then add chilli pdr, garam masala pdr, ginger garlic paste, stir for a minute. Finally add oats and tomato.

2. Add salt and 3 cups of water ( if the amount of oats is 1 cup, then add 3 cups of water for pressure cooking. Ratio of oats and water is 1:3 ). Let it cook for 2 pressure sounds.

3. Once the temperature of the pressure cooker subsides, open it and garnish vegetable masala oats with cilantro.

4. Now the healthy veg masala oats meal is ready.
